Steam glutinous rice and cool down to room temperature. Add in crushed yeast, blend well and keep warm overnight to get sweet rice pudding. Add in pure water and keep fermenting until no more bubbles to get rice wine.

This product can be also crushed to be used as generous purpose yeast.
